Vivian was born in north central Missouri and reared on her family’s farm. Her parents taught her the value of hard work, ethics, duty and devotion.

 

The value of an education was stressed in the home, and like many of her sisters, Vivian was drawn to educating children and young people. She attended Saint Mary College in Leavenworth, Kansas and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Administration and Supervision.  She went on to spend two decades as an educator at the grade school and middle school levels.

In 1985, Vivian decided to change the course of her professional life and began her real estate career. For the past thirty years, she has enjoyed meeting hundreds of new people from various walks of life. She loves selling real estate as well as developing and maintaining relationships with those whom she meets.
